Yoga Classes & Therapy Ealing, Wembley & Hayes
Welcome to Deepa 4 Yoga, one of West London’s best kept secrets. I provide yoga classes across the area. My main class is currently based in Barnhill community School in Hayes, a stone’s throw away from Ealing and Wembley. If you need a way to improve your health and mind, my classes are the right place for you.
Why Use My Classes?
If you are looking for somebody with experience, you’re in the right place. I possess both worldly experience and over a decade of yoga experience. Since 2001 I’ve been a student of yoga. I’m fortunate to have been under the tutorship of Yogis all over the world. I’m confident I can help you with my classes.
What Can Yoga Help With?
You may hay have noticed that I talk a lot about Yoga therapy, you may ask what is this? As mentioned earlier, Yoga can help with a variety of health issues. Yoga Therapy is the application of this. Here I utilise my experience to help one or more of your health issues, whether it’s physical or mental. From the approach I use in my classes, to specific therapy I always keep my Yoga as therapeutic as possible.

I am from the city that never sleep, New York. In the end I swapped the Big Apple for London in 2011. I took my very first class in 2001 (for no rhyme or reason) at a very small Ashram in Queens. The classes ran on donations. The teachers were traditional looking yogis in orange attire with long hair and a beard. They were very heavy on pranayama practice. They were also very keen on teaching us the philosophy of it. I was absolutely fascinated by the whole practice. However, it was the therapeutic quality of yoga swept me off my feet.
I knew from day one that if I pursue this, I want to preach the therapeutic side of it. With the final goal to become a Yoga therapist! I received my 200 RYT from Om Sweet Om in Port Washington, NY in 2011. Marriage brought me over to London and I received my Yoga Therapy diploma from Yoga Campus in 2015.
My aim is to teach classes with a dash of my therapeutic knowledge. I believe that this is for everybody. My classes prioritize pranayama practices, self-acceptance and self-love.
I love that Yoga addresses the whole person in a way that most therapies do not. Yoga looks at the person in layers (koshas) and addresses the needs of our modern lives in a way that is completely relevant. Through yoga we can learn to improve our physical, mental and emotional selves through methods we can take from the classroom and incorporate into our daily lives.
I am thankful to the many teachers who have shared their wisdom and have helped me grow and develop my own practice. In return, I am honoured to help others grow. As well as watch people develop spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally.
So, if you want a great way to improve your health and wellbeing, call us now. No matter if you are looking for classes, or to engage more readily in therapy. We’re sure we can help. Feel free to call us on +44-754-412-7290 now. We serve areas including Wembley, Ealing and Hayes.

Deepa struck my wife and I immediately by her high level of responsibility and
incredible work ethic. She is able to achieve her ambitions and still display grace and warmth toward family and friends while displaying a dedicated and
professional attitude toward her clients. She is steady and dependable and I offer her the highest degree of praise as a Yoga Instructor caregiver. If I had not met her when I did I would not have made the gains I have in strength, mobility and quality of life. Her Yoga instruction and spirituality gave me hope when I was full of despair from constant pain and disability.
